My item is defective, what do I do?
You have 30-days to return a defective item.
Please ensure that your item was not damaged during delivery by inspecting your items upon receipt. If you item was received undamaged, yet is not working or has a manufacturing defect, then contact us within 30 days of delivery. We require pictures to be taken of the defect so we can work with the manufacturer to process the return and issue you a replacement. For items with a defect identified after 30 days, you may work directly with the manufacturer to request a replacement within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
